Ce este acest CFW? Păi după o perioadă luungă şi calmă în lumea CFW a PSP-urilor, a apărut ceva care vă va bucura cu adevărat. Este vorba de un CFW, mai degrabă un add-on, care vă va permite să rulaţi chiar şi ultimele jocuri care cer 6.20 fără a le patch-ui. Sună bine?

Cum se instalează?
1. Instalaţi ChickHEN (sau MHUSpeed);

4. Porniţi instalerul din PSP; Urmaţi instrucţiunile de pe ecran (apăsaţi X pentru a instala).

Ok. Acest tip (care are toate meritele) Liquidzigong ne-a scutit şi pe noi, aşa zişi deţinători de CFW permanent, de patch-uirea jocurilor noi. Da. Tot ce îţi trebuie este să ai instalat CFW 5.50 GEN-D3 (download mai jos); poate merge şi D2. Dacă încearcă careva lăsaţi un coment să ştie lumea. Şi ca să nu întrebaţi degeaba, vă voi răspunde acum – Acest CFW sau add-on (cum vreţi să-i spuneţi) nu merge cu Half Byte Loader sau cu modelele de PSP Go.
Pentru instalare, trebuie doar să copiaţi folderul din arhiva de mai jos în ms0:/PSP/GAME şi să îl rulaţi simplu din XMB, ca orice alt homebrew. Fieşierele necesare rulării jocurilor care cer 6.20 vor fi copiate în locul potrivit şi totul va fi pregătit pentru “gamereală”.

Acestea fiind spuse, să dăm laudele făptaşului Liquidzigong şi să sperăm în continuare la modarea PSP-urilor care încă nu au văzut lumina unui CFW până în prezent.

CFW 5.50 Prometheus; For PSP-1000 & PSP-2000 Models

All right, all right… Liquidzigong sharing the love for PSP-1000 and PSP-2000 (non-TA088v3) owners: no more tedious ISO patching. That’s right. You’ll need to be running CFW 5.50 GEN-D3; D2 may be compatible. Try it and leave a comment below. And no, before you even ask — this will not work with Half Byte Loader or PSPgo models.
Install 5.50 Prometheus by simply copying the extracted archive directory to ms0:/PSP/GAME and running it from the XMB, like any other homebrew. The required files to run 6.20-required games will be copied to the appropriate spot and then you’re all set. Call it 5.50 Prometheus or 5.50 GEN-D4.

CFW 5.03 Prometheus; For PSP-2000 TA088v3 & PSP-3000 Models

Liquidzigong has released his own custom firmware for PSP-2000 TA088v3 (2000v3) & PSP-3000 models. Really it’s more an add-on as the majority of files that make up this CFW are from 5.03 GEN-C. That said, installation is like this:
1. Install ChickHEN (or MHUSpeed);

4. Start the installer; Follow the on-screen instructions (press X to install).
