There's a 6.20 TN-D permanent patch out, so it goes to follow that there will be one for 6.20 TN-E too, right? That's what homebrew developer Frostegater recently released.
Before anything else, please be warned that there have been bricks reported when using this app on a PSP Go, although there have also been others who have successfully used it. The coder himself has only tested it on a Fat TA-081 and a Slim TA-085v1. Before using this app on your PSP, be sure that you have ways of recovering from a brick. Please check this thread on Wololo's forums for further details.
This patch should apply a permanent mode to Total_Noob's 6.20 TN-E. It will install 6.20 TN-E onto your PSP's flash0 so that every time you reboot the HEN doesn't get wiped.

Introduction
The PROUPDATE Executable is part of the PRO CFW Project.
Its purpose lies in installing the Aftermarket Modules to the flash0 NAND partition for later execution through a QuickStart.
Functionality
The PROUPDATE Executable aquires VSH stage NAND writing permission via a PXE environment which temporarly sets the Installer Executable as the main XMB shell.
This PXE environment in turn relies on a Kernel Exploit to setup a minimalistic CFW environment.
Installation
You read the introduction and now know your PSP is compatible to PRO CFW. Now it's time to install the Aftermarket Firmware Modules into your system.
Grab the latest binary release from the Google Code Download Page and unpack it. You will find two (or three, if you got the 6.20 version) folders of interest which you will use to install and operate the Aftermarket Firmware.
1. Copy all of them onto your PSP inside the PSP/GAME subfolder and disconnect your PSP from PC.
2. Start the PROUPDATE Executable to install the Aftermarket Modules, delete it afterwards, you won't need it again unless you wish to uninstall PRO CFW again.
3. If you are running the 6.20 Kernel Version of PRO CFW, you can, if you wish to, execute the 620PRO_Permanent executable, to install a custom bootloader to automatically load and execute Aftermarket Modules for you when you turn on your PSP, afterwards, delete this executable aswell, unless you wish to uninstall the bootloader again.

Acum copiati fisierul in /PSP/GAME/Said/gamekey pe memory stick.
8.Copiati noul savegame in calculator.
9.Porniti Said si apasati /\ (Triunghiul) pe savegame-ul corupt si apoi apasati O pe optiunea de sus.Apoi apasati YES si apoi O pt a decripta savegame-ul intr-un fisier ".bin" in radacina cardului.
10.Acum copiati savegame-ul cel nou din calculator in /PSP/SAVEDATA/.In folder ar trebuii sa fie 2 fisiere care se potrivesc si au extensia .bin,daca nu redenumiti fisierul .bin pentru a se potrivi si a fi inlocuit.
11.Porniti Said,gasiti savegame-ul cel nou si apasati /\ (Triunghiul) pentru a afisa optiunile si selectati a doua in jos apoi apasati O apoi "YES" apoi O din nou.Aceasta v-a encripta fisierul ".bin" intr-un nou savegame care contine datele savegame-ului corupt
12.Acum porniti jocul si folositi savegame-ul care a fost corupt
- Liquidzigong a lansat un patch care ajută patch-uirea 6.20 TN-D direct în flash memory, asta înseamnă că fiecare restart al consolei, va reporni HEN-ul. Practic, e o modare permanentă. Cool? - - - Funcţionează fără dubii pe PSP-1000, am citit raporte cum că ar funcţiona perfect pe PSP-3000. PSP-2000 nu am nici cea mai mică idee, la fel şi pentru Go. Poate un următor release ar rezolva problema.

- Nu uitaţi să dezactivaţi “PROTECT FLASH0″ din meniul VSH înainte de a rula patch-ul.

UPDATE: Sunt câteva cazuri raportate de userii care au PSP Go cum că ar merge ok, dar alţii spun că nu funcţionează. Câteva brick-uri au fost raportate.

This tool is made to verify kgsws made vshmain camouflage law.
kgsws proposed a method, through camouflaged vshmain, and to start automatically enabled HEN. Succesorul PSP-ului nostru este numit momentan NEXT GEN PORTABLE si este asteptat in magazine anul acesta de Sarbatori (in Japonia ). Acum ca am clarificat partea cea mai importanta, sa vedem cum arata si ce stie sa faca:
De la prima vedere, ai un soc…whait! nu trebuia sa fie cu „slide”?…nu chiar, anul trecut cei de la VG247 prezentau imagini spion cu PSP2, dar acele imagini prezentau doar un prototip care „a cazut” din cauza problemelor de supraincalzire.
Designul lui NGP este nou si in acelasi timp are ceva familiar… „radical” nu inseamna mereu si o reusita, din fericire cei de la Sony stiu lucrul asta si au adaptat designul vechiului PSP oferindu-i totodata o forma rotunjita, clasica, chiar eleganta ce inspira si confort. NGP pare a fi genul de gaming device pe care il faci cadou copilului ca mai apoi sa-l pedepsesti doar pentru a-i lua consola.. Cand Sony a publicat datele oficiale legate de hardware, totul a fost clar, NGP este handheld-ul viitorului si concentreaza caracteristicile hardcore necesare pentru a oferi putere dar si rafinament.
—Display-ul lui NGP are 5 inchi si este dezvoltat pe baza tehnologiei OLED, renumita pentru consumul redus de energie si calitatea imagini oferite. Display-urile PSP-urilor actuale oscileaza intre 3.8 si 4.3 inchi. Faptul ca dispune si de touchscreen este un bonus menit sa te asigure ca faci alegerea corecta cand il cumperi. Rezolutia este de 960X544 si asigura o imagine ce tinde spre perfectiune, mai ales daca luam in calcul faptul ca PSP-urile actuale au o rezolutie de 480X272.
—Procesorul lui NGP este „cel mai avansat din clasa lui” , aceasta este declaratia producatorului si nu e greu sa-l credem tinand cont ca Arm Cortex A9 poate ajunge la frecvente de 2.0GHZ. Tinand cont ca eu scriu acum de pe un netbook cu procesor de 1.6ghz…no comment. Atat procesorul cat si GPU sunt quad core si asta asigura performante ce depasesc ce se gaseste pe piata.
—Controalele sunt cele cu care ne-am obisnuit deja cu o mica exceptie menita sa ne arate ca Sony a invatat din greselile trecutului si acum da mai multa atentie cererilor venite din partea utilizatorilor. Da, cele doua micro dual analog stickssunt acolo unde ar trebui sa fie si e de mentionat ca nu au nimic in comun cu vechiul thumbstick al PSP-ului nostru…acestea sunt iesite mai bine in relief si au fost proiectate pentru precizie. Sunt si alte schimbari in randul dispunerii butoanelor secundare, dar probabil cea mai importanta este mutarea butonului on/off de pe laterala dreapta pe parte superioara. Cu totii am inchis PSP-ul fara sa vrem exact cand ne jucam mai bine si desigur nu aveam progresul salvat .
—Touchscreen/Touchpad, acestea sunt cele doua elemente care fac NGP-ul sa fie „in rand cu lumea”. De mai multa vreme, posesorii de PSP se uitau cu invidie la touchscreen-ul mititel al Nintedo-ului DS. Ei bine, Sony nu merge cu jumatati de masura asa ca a introdus tehnologia in display dar si pe partea dorsala a device-ului dand ocazia creatorilor de jocuri sa-si faca de cap cu diferite comenzii sau gesturi implementate acestuia.
—Conectivitatea este un „must have” pentru secolul actual si Sony stie asta, NGP va fi capabil sa acceseze internetul folosind atat WiFi-ul cat si internetul de mare viteza accesibil prin tehnologia 3G. Nu stim clar cum functioneaza asta, dar cel mai probabil, internetul 3G va fi accesibil folosind o cartela SIM si un abonament la o retea de telefonie mobila. Ce 0fera? Ei bine, „sky is the limit” , cu puterea sa, NGP va declansa o avalansa de continut ce va putea fi downloadat direct pe consola. Ca vorbim de jocuri, muzica, filme sau simplu net surfing…totul va fi posibil.
—Acumulatorul este o parte importanta ( probabil cea mai importanta pentru un handheld portabil) deoarece autonomia va stabili daca acest produs este un succes sau un esec. La cateva ore de la lansare se vorbea deja despre o durata intre 4 si 5 ore ceea ce ar fi ok tinand cont de puterea consolei. Declaratia celor de la Sony e categorica si in acelasi timp linistitoare: „NGP will have a good, solid batterylife” . De retinut este faptul ca handheld-ul respecta trend-ul si a renuntat la bateria detasabila…acest lucru fiind conditionat in special de touchpad-ul de pe spate.
—Dupa cum am spus, Sony nu foloseste jumatati de masura asa ca si camera foto/video a pus tot la dublu ..una cu o rezolutie mai mare pe spate si una mai slaba in fata. Deasemenea avem si un microfon care in combinatie cu camerele si 3G-ul ne duc cu gandul la videocall….
—La capitolul „extra” NGP nu dezamageste…pentru cine a ramas in urma cu tehnologia (cam ca mine) e greu sa pricepi toti senzorii si nebuniile acestui handheld. Pe langa senzor de proximitate, senzor de miscare, accelerometru, compas electronic s.a.m.d etc. …avem si GPS pentru ca experienta de mobilitate si libertate sa fie completa
—Surprizele nu se incheie aici. Cel mai probabil, 9 utilizatori din 10 au urat UMD-urile din prima zi, iar al 10-lea din a doua. Sony a pus punct acestui format media din doua motive, in primul rand pentru ca acesta presupune o unitate optica destul de voluminoasa si care consuma energie si in al doilea rand pentru ca jocurile vor depasi capacitatea de stocare a discurilor. Idea producatorului nostru de console preferat este sa inlocuiasca UMD-ul cu un card de memorie pe care sa fie stocat jocul, ad-on-urile si salvarile. In cazul spatiului de stocare intern, ne ramane sa ne intrebam de cati gb va fi? 16..32…64….who knows….
Trebuie stabilit de la inceput ca „pe hartie” NGP nu se poate apropia de Play Station 3 ci mai degraba de o versiune mai veche a Xbox-ului. Pe ecranul de 5 inchi lucrurile stau altfel, imaginile sunt uluitoare. Cei care au testat device-ul vorbesc de grafica ce se apropie foarte mult de cea a PS3-ului si asta inseamna enorm. In cadrul prezentarii, NGP a facut furori ruland Uncharted, Metal Gear Solid 4 sau Monster Hunter Portable 3rd… Sly Cooper 4, Ratchet and Clank si alte franchize cunoscute deja au fost „sugerate” in clipul oficial… Killzone si Resistance sunt in dezvoltare.

In final ajungem la cea mai mare necunoscuta, PRETUL : ca si in cazul acumulatorului, Sony ne lamureste cu o replica tipica: “I can’t put a ballpark on it in terms of figures, but what I would say is that we will shoot for an affordable price that’s appropriate for the handheld gaming space.” Asta poate fi de bine sau de rau…Sony nu are oricum o istorie favorabila a preturilor mici asa ca „show me the money”. Surse externe vorbesc despre preturi de pana in 350$ ceea ce este oricum mult…dar echitabil pentru tehnologia si calitatea oferita…
In mare, acesta este Next Gen Portable….o consola portabila care promite sa ofere grafica apropiata de cea a PS 3-ului, sa ruleze toate jocurile iubite de pe consolele Play Station si sa produca divertisment de calitate.
Puteti instala foarte usor acest HEN direct din XMB nu mai necesita Patapon 2 + HBL.

Connect your PSP to the computer via USB
Pass your PSP in “USB mode” with the option “USB Connection”
Right-click on the file you downloaded,
Choose “Extract Files …”( WinRAR is advised)
Choose like destination the letter assigned to your PSP from your computer.
Press OK and wait extraction files,
Quit the “USB mode”on your PSP
Go to the menu Game> Memory Stick to run the Homebrew Enabler TN
You’ll get a black screen a few seconds and you return automatically to the XMB.
Congratulations, you are equipped with TN-C 6.20!

Ce este acest CFW? Păi după o perioadă luungă şi calmă în lumea CFW a PSP-urilor, a apărut ceva care vă va bucura cu adevărat. Este vorba de un CFW, mai degrabă un add-on, care vă va permite să rulaţi chiar şi ultimele jocuri care cer 6.20 fără a le patch-ui. Sună bine?

Ok. Acest tip (care are toate meritele) Liquidzigong ne-a scutit şi pe noi, aşa zişi deţinători de CFW permanent, de patch-uirea jocurilor noi. Da. Tot ce îţi trebuie este să ai instalat CFW 5.50 GEN-D3 (download mai jos); poate merge şi D2. Dacă încearcă careva lăsaţi un coment să ştie lumea. Şi ca să nu întrebaţi degeaba, vă voi răspunde acum – Acest CFW sau add-on (cum vreţi să-i spuneţi) nu merge cu Half Byte Loader sau cu modelele de PSP Go.
Pentru instalare, trebuie doar să copiaţi folderul din arhiva de mai jos în ms0:/PSP/GAME şi să îl rulaţi simplu din XMB, ca orice alt homebrew. All right, all right… Liquidzigong sharing the love for PSP-1000 and PSP-2000 (non-TA088v3) owners: no more tedious ISO patching. That’s right. Liquidzigong has released his own custom firmware for PSP-2000 TA088v3 (2000v3) & PSP-3000 models. Really it’s more an add-on as the majority of files that make up this CFW are from 5.03 GEN-C.
